the cottage, dating back to the 19th century, was cozy and well-equipped with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. the garden was a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of tea and take in the views of the nearby church. the location was perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the charming streets and local attractions. I especially enjoyed the hiking opportunities nearby, taking advantage of the beautiful countryside surrounding Clitheroe. the free WiFi was a nice touch, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The bathroom with a shower was clean and modern, and the towels provided added a touch of luxury. I appreciated the small details, like the free toiletries and tea and coffee facilities, that made the stay more comfortable. the terrace was a great spot to relax in the evening, enjoying a glass of wine and watching the world go by. Church Mouse Cottage was a wonderful place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Lancashire. I can't wait to go back and explore more of this beautiful area.
